Research has found that most people get enough water from the foods and beverages they consume daily. 

According to the he National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine recommends daily fluid intake:

  •  Males should drink about 3.7 liters (125 ounces) of water daily.
  • Females should drink about 2.7 liters (91 ounces) of water daily. 

Drink according to your lifestyle

The amount of fluid your body needs each day depends on several factors, such as:

  • Gender
  • Age
  • weight
  • Environment
  • Exercise
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding

If you’re pregnant or nursing your baby, you’ll need to drink extra water to stay hydrated. Pregnant women should drink about 10 cups of water daily. For breastfeed need about 12 cups. 
If you are heavy weight you body needs more water.
In winter climate or at higher altitudes, you’ll probably want to increase your water intake.

 Consume more water if you have habit of doing workouts.
According to the health some health conditions can cause fluid loss, including fever, vomiting, diarrhea, kidney stones, bladder infections, and conditions that cause excessive urination like diabetes.


How Much Water Should Kids Be Drink ?

In general, children and teens need about 6 to 8 cups of water a day. 
During any other activity like exercise need to consume extra cups of water.

Can I Drink Too Much Water?
When a person drinks too much water, it could lead to hyponatremia, or water intoxication, which is sodium levels in the blood plasma become too low. 
Dirking too much water can cause headache, lung congestion, vomiting, brain swelling and more.
Hyponatremia is rare.

  • Insufficient of water results dehydration it can cause Muscle cramps, Fatigue, Dry mouth, Dizziness, Constipation, and much more.
