SPIRITUALITY, DIVISIONS AND PROCEDURES

DHARMA, ARDHA, KAMA, AND MOKSHA are the basic steps to attain life's main goal.  They are interlinked with each other and uttered by everybody before commencing the ritual or daily anusthana (pooja), they are called Chaturvidha (four) purusharthas. Appealing to God to grant him with this Chaturvidha purusharthams sidyartham. It has been followed since ancient times only in Hinduism observed start of pooja with praying God for himself and his family's protection and on completion of pooja praying for entire universe protection and seeking well being of everyone and everything is observed, that is what the greatness of Vedas in Sanskrit says "serve Jana sukhinobhavantu". Hinduism follows the Vedic rules and forms structures for everything as per the principles taught in Vedas, they are the referrals to live without any mistakes and sins. The four purusharthams look different but are interlinked to achieve life goals one another, by this practice one can have good health and maintain harmony in society. Let us see how they depend on each other and bless the followers.

1) DHARMA: The word Dharma can be used with various meanings it is not just a word to find the meaning of DHARMA, It is an important concept to the journey of achieving the life goal. Thinking or acting in justifying manner of any work or implementing the thing without any harm or discharging things as prime responsibility to fulfill the main goal of life,  it is very delicate to handle things in dharma marg (way). Another meaning is making donations (dana and dharma) and we can observe the posts of DHARMADHIKARI in temples and sacred societies, Dharmadhikari gets done things and works to complete a given program in justifying manner (without committing religious mistakes). But ultimately DHARMA is used in philosophical life to attain the main goal of spiritual life as a concept, it doesn't have an exact  word as meaning in English but we can say the correctness in finishing works or announcing judgments

ARTHA: ARTHA (ARDHA) is related to monetary or wealth, As per Hindu philosophy Artha is linked and related with the other concept of Dharma in attaining life's goal, It tells how our earnings should be, coupled with Dharma. Not only earning but also the spending and investments, they are in Dharma marg (way),  then only it is eligible to consider as a concept of goal achievement or otherwise, it becomes a common earning and spendings of living life ordinarily without getting connected with the goal. As ancestors said knowledge and wealth should be spent in Dharma marg (way) otherwise it creates complications and risks to the implementer or the performer. And simultaneously affects the other coupled concept Dharma also. If the pair performed in a Vedic manner, one gets satisfaction and happiness by that improves oxygen in the body, which immunizes the body.

KAMA: the Kama is nothing but wants, Indian philosophy defines that Dharma in kama should be maintained while satisfying and fulfilling kama. All concepts are interlinked but commonly Dharma is the main concept, then the only achievement of the main goal is possible by coupling with it. If Dharma is not maintained then the result is adverse, one may get satisfaction in absence of Dharma also but it distracts the way of the main goal. Any way you satisfy wants, slowly one can understand the right way as per Vedic philosophy. thus you approach the main goal of life. So the Kama in dharma marga (way) paves the path to moksha.

MOKSHA: Moksha is the final stage in attaining the life goal, some people think Moksha can attain only after death, but that may not be 100% correct e n  you can achieve ve when you are alive also, like saints, mahapurush achieve. They attain but maintain the secrecy of attaining moksha, they become very kind and generous, forgive others and train them to progress in achieving the main goal. By winning over Dharma, Artha and Kama pave the path for moksha. Moksha means ultimate release from unwanted attachments.

By discharging the above one gets Shanthi (peace) in mind and therefore gets happiness and happiness gives good health.
